Purchased through foreclosure sale in 2013, this retail center sat over 75% vacant since built in 2008. Black Lion by implementing a ‘facelift’ to the property, as well as our dynamic marketing style, was able to bring this property to 100% occupancy by late 2014, with such tenants as Massage Envy, Post Net, Subway, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Phase II is under current development, and there are plans in place to build out another 10,500 square feet of retail space.
