Purchased in June 2012, LA Springs was 65% occupied, and in need of great care. Black Lion Investment Group effectively remodeled the property, gave life through new landscaping, and revived the fountain area. By 2014, LA Springs grew to a 94% occupancy and successfully unlocked the potential of the asset. LA Springs is now home to corporate tenants such as Little Ceasars, H&R Block, AT&T, and Supercuts, with Starbucks and McDonalds as the center’s strong co-tenants.
