As the Director of Property Management, Elle oversees the property management function of Black Lion’s portfolio across the U.S. She is responsible for operating finance functions of the company’s portfolio, ensuring operational efficiencies at each property, developing and implementing key initiatives and best practices, and overseeing third-party managers. She also participates in acquisitions and dispositions.

Ms. Dominguez offers more than 17 years of commercial property management experience, overseeing Class “A” office, retail, and industrial assets throughout South Florida for institutional and private investors. Prior to joining Black Lion, Elle was most recently a Property Manager with Colliers International where she oversaw a Class A office and retail portfolio in Miami Beach. Over the course of her career, she has managed assets totaling over $600M in value, and construction projects totaling over $70M. She has been honored with multiple industry awards for her work, including Building Owners and Managers (BOMA) Miami-Dade Property Manager of the Year in 2021.

Elle currently serves as Secretary for BOMA Miami-Dade, where she is also Chair for Emerging Professionals. Additionally, she serves as board member for the City of Pembroke Pines Affordable Housing Committee and is a current member of IREM.
