Black Lion”) is pleased to announce the purchase of the restaurant and pool bar on the ninth floor of the Hyde Resort & Residences in the up-and-coming market of Hallandale Beach, Florida. The transaction closed on December 21, 2021, at a price of $3,100,000, or just over $516 per square foot.
The 6,000 square feet restaurant and terrace is the only food and beverage outlet within the two-tower Hyde development and is occupied under a triple net lease by Terrazas at Hyde. The award-winning restaurant and cocktail bar located at 4111 South Ocean Drive is popular among local residents and visitors alike for its oceanfront views as much as its food and beverage offerings.
